Schedule 1:1 Meetings
Already know who you want to meet?
ACG Access scheduling platform lets you browse the full attendee list, book 1:1 meetings, and manage your calendar. Ample open seating means you’ll always have a place to talk.
It’s the most efficient way to plan your time at DealMAX and ensure you’re having the high-value conversations that move your business forward.
Reimagined Lounge
The central hub of DealMAX, the Lounge has it all: open tables for meetings, sponsor booths, investment banking deal tables, and expert-led sessions in the pavilion. Home to a shoeshine station, espresso service, the DealMAX Bar, a headshot lounge, and other surprises, the Lounge is a great place to run into old friends or spark up a conversation with someone new.

Monday & Tuesday, 7:45 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday, 7:45 – 11:00 a.m.
Pop-up Networking
Join other attendees for quick, dedicated networking opportunities throughout the event, including topic-focused meetups and interactive experiences. Take a break from your packed conference schedule to allow time for spontaneous conversations that can spark new ideas and connections.
Opening Party
Celebrate the start of DealMAX with an opening party that brings together attendees on the first evening. Make new connections over food and cocktails and continue the conversation during the coming days.
Hours: Monday, 5:00 – 7:00 p.m.
Starbucks
Make warm introductions instead of cold calls at Starbucks, where access is reserved exclusively for badged DealMAX attendees and drinks are on us. Stop by for a complimentary coffee—who knows who you’ll meet while you’re waiting for your latte.

Run Club
What’s more efficient than combining networking with your morning workout? The DealMAX Run Club brings together runners, joggers, and walkers for an organized run through downtown Las Vegas where you’ll burn calories, meet new business connections, and set the tone for the rest of your day.
Hours: Tuesday & Wednesday 6:00 a.m.
Networking Meals
From the breakfast buffets and grab and go lunches in the Lounge to the seated lunch in the DealMAX general session, meals throughout the conference are a great way to start a conversation and make new connections.
